We acknowledge the earth has finite resources. And we accept humans will take priority for those limited resources. At the same time we know that for a thousand years, ruminant animals have played a crucial role in Earth’s ecosystem.
So, our logical conclusion is there will always be ruminant animals on earth, there will simply be less of them. As meat producers it becomes simple – we must design for a future with less animals. Our future requires us to derive greater value from fewer animals.
This means we must use every piece of the animal for its best possible purpose, and we must produce products people love. Our meat must be delicious, our supplements and pet food must be nutritious, and our leather goods must be both beautiful and functional.
A future with fewer animals will reduce pressure on our land and expedite our trajectory to a positive environmental footprint – water, carbon emissions and biodiversity. Our future is the most valued pasture raised meat company, the exemplar for all others to follow.
