Our Beef Tallow is made from 100% grass fed Wagyu beef rendered trim fat from New Zealand. Tallow is a liquid when heated and a solid when cool, making it a great substitution for oil and butter in recipes.
Comes in a 14oz glass jar.
Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place. Never put Tallow down the drain. Tallow will solidify and won’t go rancid for up to one year if kept at room temperature. However, we recommend that you store your tallow in the refrigerator to extend its shelf life significantly!
First Light Wagyu Tallow is gluten and dairy free and contains no preservatives, antibiotics, or added hormones.

We ship Monday – Wednesday, and limited orders on Thursdays. If you place an order Wednesday – Sunday, it will ship the following week. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 days. Please note, we do not ship on public holidays.
All meat is shipped Frozen unless otherwise specified.
