A First Light brisket is unlike any other grass-fed beef brisket. Because of the high level of intramuscular fat compared to regular grass-fed beef a First Light brisket maintains moisture throughout the cooking process resulting is a juicy delicious brisket. Average weight is 8-9 pounds.
This is 8-9lb full beef brisket. Great for smoking and BBQing.
