USI cooked the Short Ribs, Brisket, Roast, and Venison for a Hoilday party. Added 25lbs of Alaska Crab just in case. The crab hardly got an honorable mention as the Short Ribs was the clear winner. I smoked the meat a day prior to ensure my own signature - but still followed the First Light recipes. The Venison got its own special mention category. Our guests later called it a masterpiece meal.
USI cooked the short ribs 10 hours in slow cooker with Dan-O’s seasoning with a container of beef stock. This some of the best meat ever. It fell off the bone and I added the juices over mashed potatoes with sprouts.
USThe slider recipe was possibly the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to cook up the others.
