A marble score 6+ is extremely special. Our wagyu beef is 100% grass-fed and to get marbling like this is no easy task. Usually reserved exclusively for our Steak Club, we have a limited number available on the General Store. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

USCarved this roast up into individual steaks. Amazing!
USI got seven bone-in ribeyes that were about two and a half pounds each plus two boneless rib eyes that were about 10 oz each. They were so well marveled and delicious. I'm going to be buying it this way from now on

USWe had a large gathering and this large bone in roast was the hit of Christmas Dinner. Family sort of scoffed at the price point when they inquires after seeing it sitting on the counter post cook. Come dinner time, they were all making the approval sounds, and commenting on how juicy and amazingly flavorful the beef was. The same people who scoffed were asking me for the name of First Light Farms, and how to find them before they left. This was far from my first order with them, and have never been let down. Not once!
USPrime rib roasts are the celebratory feast in our family. First Light made it extra special with their top-quality meat. I received the 7-rib roast quickly and it made a great Christmas dinner.
