USFirst, the customer service is outstanding. I ordered a lot of items and there was a small issue with the order. I emailed them and got a very speedy reply and fix to the issue. Again, I ordered quite a bit. The Chuck roast was phenomenal. I’ve made the flank and the elk medallions so far from the order, but I’ve had sirloins bought in store previously. The meat is very tender, and marbling was a standout on some of the steaks, I appreciate the marbling score on the packages. Great taste! Would definitely and have recommended to friends.
