Corned beef — what would a Rueben be without it? Ours is back this year! Grab them while you can, and enjoy a wonderful, delicious holiday meal.
Corned beef is meat that has been cured in a salt solution. Before refrigeration, meat was salted and cured to be preserved. Historically, any type of meat could be put through the curing process that makes what we know as corned beef today. In the U.S., corned beef is made from beef brisket.

Delivered FROZEN. Let thaw in the refrigerator or keep frozen.
All orders are shipped frozen unless noted otherwise. We ship Monday – Wednesday. If you place an order Thursday – Sunday, it will ship the following week. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 days.

All meat is shipped Frozen unless otherwise specified.
USWe ordered two of these at different times. The first one was a shaped weird and shrink a lot but tasted good and was very tender. Our second order was even better with a normal shape yielding normal brisket slices … the best we have had from all of the grass fed/finished corned beefs we know of and there is quite a few which all are not as good as first light. I want to shout out to Paige Rowe who is always providing top notch customer service and feedback in a timely manner as well , which is important when ordering online, perhaps even more so with food whether you are eating for one or feeding a family!

USMy husband and I really enjoy this corned beef. We made some delicious sandwiches with it for San Patrick’s day. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 stars is because it took a long time for the beef to be edible. I cooked it for 4 hrs and it was very tough. I had to cook it for a total of 8 hrs in order for it become tender.
