All orders are shipped frozen unless noted otherwise. We ship Monday – Wednesday. If you place an order Thursday – Sunday, it will ship the following week. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 days.

All meat is shipped Frozen unless otherwise specified.
USThe two pieces I received were 80% fat. There was only a small sliver of meat. They should improve their quality control. I sent a picture of the packages to them and was refunded. While I love this cut of meat, I’m afraid to reorder it.
USI had never had Coulotte steaks before but these have become one of my favorites, so tender and juicy. Do yourself a favor and give these a try.

USThe first one that I cooked was so dang touch I could absolutely not chew it, I ended up slow cooking it to tenderize it. I was shocked and contacted CS and was so promptly given a refund no questions asked- and so now they have a customer! The second one I cooked up about a month later, and it was fabulous. Great flavor and texture.
