This Striploin has been graded marble score 2-3. This indicates the amount of marbling in it. MBS 2-3 flavor profile is classed as light in regards to richness.

Delivered FROZEN. If you would like to cut this striploin into steaks, let thaw until possible to cut. Vacuum pack the steaks. You can then refreeze them until ready to eat.
All orders are shipped frozen unless noted otherwise. We ship Monday – Wednesday. If you place an order Thursday – Sunday, it will ship the following week. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 days.

USJust incredible steak. Cannot find steak of they quality and taste locally at any butcher shops or stores. You won’t be disappointed if you buy this. The only regret is it doesn’t last as long as you would like!
USFirst Light offerings are really in a class by themselves. Recently I purchased 2 Wagyu Strip **** steaks from the store since I had a house full of guests for the Holidays. Two of the guests commented that these were the best tasting steaks they had ever tasted and all asked where we got such a terrific cut of meat. It’s great being a member of the First Light Club. We are never disappointed!
