Our steaks are cut to thickness (1 ¼ inch) not to weight this ensures even cooking across multiple steaks.

USI’ve recently moved to WA state and haven’t been able to get really tender succulent meat- until now. This box is good way to try it for yourself- it’s like butter.

USWanted to try a little bit of everything, so I ordered the sample pack. The box arrived while I was at work, so I was a bit concerned with what I’d come home to. When I u packed the box, everything was still frozen solid. Of the sample box, I’ve tried the NY Strip and Coulete. Seasoned both with salt & pepper and they were super tender and very flavorful. I will definitely continue to purchase from First Light Farms.
