Delivered FROZEN. If you would like to cut this tenderloin into filet steaks, let thaw until possible to cut. Vacuum pack the filets. You can then refreeze them until ready to eat.
All orders are shipped frozen unless noted otherwise. We ship Monday – Wednesday. If you place an order Thursday – Sunday, it will ship the following week. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 days.
