Sold as one tomahawk, individually vacuum packed. Average weight is 2 pounds for 1 steak.
Delivered FROZEN. Let thaw in the refrigerator or keep frozen.
All orders are shipped frozen unless noted otherwise. We ship Monday – Wednesday. If you place an order Thursday – Sunday, it will ship the following week. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 days.

USI was expecting a 20 oz Bone-in Rib Eye - and instead received a 38 oz masterpiece! (Thank you to whomever packed that in my order!) It was the finest steak I have ever eaten in my life! (a 3 hour sous vide followed by a quick 900 degree sear). The Tomahawks I ordered are being saved for Father's Day.
USEven these MBS 4-5 steaks are amazing! The bone adds to presentation and the dog loves it! An excellent value compared to the more marbled versions, and especially to higher priced grain fed wagyu.
