A marble score 6+ is extremely special. Our wagyu beef is 100% grass-fed and to get marbling like this is no easy task. Usually reserved exclusively for our Steak Club, we have a limited number available on the General Store. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Sold as one tomahawk, individually vacuum packed. Average weight is 2 pounds for 1 steak.

USI purchased this for my picky father as a Christmas gift this year. He was so excited to get cooking! He and my mom said it was incredibly rich, and the flavor was amazing. His coworker laughed at him for making the leftovers into a sandwich on plain wheat bread the next day, said it was disrespectful to the meat!
