Delivered FROZEN. If you would like to cut this striploin into steaks, let thaw until possible to cut. Vacuum pack the steaks. You can then refreeze them until ready to eat.

USThe product was very good. I've been eating these steak from mothers market. And I always choose the heavy marbled. The first one I cut into 2 inch steaks same quality but the marbling was light. I was hoping for more. I have not cut up the second one yet. But hopefully it has more marbling. I did not see when ordering if you were even able to order with heavy marbling or not. I will order again.
